Municipal Mayor's Office of Cómbita
As the ICT Liaison for the Mayor’s Office of Cómbita and a software developer, I have led the update of the municipality's official website, ensuring strict compliance with national regulations under the supervision of Colombian oversight agencies. This project has optimized public access to information and transparency in municipal management by implementing technical improvements for more accessible and efficient navigation. In coordination with the Ministry of ICT, I also developed initiatives such as a digital campaign for the adoption of stray dogs, integrating technology to foster community engagement and animal welfare.
Tourism Portal for Cómbita, Boyacá
I am currently leading the design and full-stack development of a tourism platform for Cómbita, Boyacá — a project aimed at promoting the region’s natural, cultural, and historical heritage. The platform consolidates detailed information about key attractions such as the Andes mountain range, scenic viewpoints, lagoons, local events, gastronomy, and traditions. I handled the entire lifecycle of the project: data gathering, UX/UI design, frontend and backend development, and content structuring. This initiative is designed to support local tourism, foster cultural identity, and provide an accessible digital experience aligned with the needs of citizens and visitors alike.
Municipal Council of Tunja
As the official Webmaster for the Municipal Council of Tunja, I am responsible for developing and maintaining the institution’s website, ensuring full compliance with regulations established by the Colombian Ministry of Information and Communications Technologies (MINTIC). I manage the site’s structure to improve public access to information, guaranteeing its availability, security, and accessibility. Additionally, I oversee content publication and coordinate technical enhancements that strengthen institutional transparency and citizen engagement.

In my role as a software development engineer, I made this platform seamlessly combine technology with fitness, showcasing a personal training space that I developed from concept to execution. Every aspect, from design to programming, reflects the vision that the personal trainer had. I took the lead in creating an intuitive and fluid user experience, ensuring the platform aligned perfectly with the trainer's ideas. Community Benefit Management System – Municipality of Cómbita
I led the development of a comprehensive software solution for the Municipality of Cómbita to streamline the distribution of social benefits to the community, including the large-scale delivery of over 7,000 gifts during the annual “Farmer’s Day” celebration. The system enables efficient user management through a full CRUD interface, while also capturing photos and digital signatures to ensure traceability and accountability. Designed with scalability and compliance in mind, the platform generates real-time statistics and automated reports aligned with the requirements of oversight entities such as the Comptroller’s Office. This solution has significantly reduced administrative times, improved operational transparency, and optimized the delivery process.

Inspired by the natural beauty of the Andes and the healing essence of medicinal plants and fungi, this platform embodies a highly organic design. It's a testament to my ability to translate concepts into reality, creating a unique space where organizations and their members can interact, fostering knowledge and responsible understanding. In my role as a full-stack developer, I led the creation of a platform for the First Ibero-American Congress on Psychedelics, Entheogens, and Master Plants. This platform enabled access to information provided by the speakers, facilitating the effective fundraising for future congresses. By integrating payment gateways like MercadoPago and PayPal, I developed all aspects, from database architecture to backend and frontend, transforming a complex concept into a fully functional project.

This web page has been created especially for students of the Universidad de los Andes who are studying a master's degree and wish to present their graduation project in a dynamic way. Its development has been carried out on the Wix platform, and it has a highly organic design inspired by the landscape of the Risaralda páramo. Through this platform, students will be able to share and exhibit their project in an interactive way, providing a unique experience for both them and visitors. This project was conceived with the specific purpose of supporting the political campaign of the distinguished mayor Juan Carlos Sarmiento of Combita. Conceived as a comprehensive communication channel, the website was designed to establish a direct connection with the public and effectively present the proposed government strategies.
UpTask
This is an application for project management. With this tool you can create projects and assign tasks to each of them. Additionally, tasks can be filtered based on their status (pending or completed). The application allows to modify all the parameters of the project and the user profile, and has a validation to guarantee the security of all the projects and profiles. Likewise, it is possible to create new accounts through validation by mail. The application has been developed using the MVC and OOP architecture, which guarantees its efficiency and performance. The user experience is excellent and the application has a high level of performance

This project is designed for a technology conference and has a very complete administration panel, as well as a database. It has user and administrator authentication, which allows the creation of accounts through email validation. In addition, it has a PayPal payment gateway and sections for events, packages, workshops/conferences and ticket purchases.
